After booking his first private jet for a weekend getaway with his friends to the Caribbean, our Founder and current Managing Director, Carlos Mancera, felt that what he received on that flight did not live up to his expectations. It was merely a means of transportation from point A to point B, but not the experience that he hoped to get from the private aviation industry. From that disappointment he found the motivation to start Blue Reef Aviation and provide his customers with top notch service that exceeds their expectations, on every single flight.
